Descrição:

This role will spearhead consumer ideation, crafting the brand/product, market entry strategy, product development, go-to-market strategy, and integrated marketing plans to ensure new product is able to generate awareness, conversion and retention among dealers and end consumers.


These roles are tasked to ensure on time launch of new products or brands that deliver against targets and generate profitability.


Strategic Thinking

  • Develop brand strategy, roadmap and craft marketing plans aligned to strategy. Recommend new go-to-market strategies to help create brand demand / credibility and deepen consumer engagement, and innovation roadmap. Identify best practices and seek out innovative ideas and use them as springboard for brand planning.


Brand & Project Management

  • Develop, implement and manage assigned new products, mindful of the timetables, and driven by a deep understanding of consumer needs, company strategic goals and financial hurdles.
  • Analyze market intelligence data as input for brand plans.
  • Identify and summarize industry trends and implications to the brand. Analyze products and competitive brands to recommend how to gain competitive edge and brand differentiation.


Planning & Execution

  • Able to execute flawlessly and on time, identify and focus on critical few initiatives that deliver maximum business results. Ensure and deliver quality initiatives and executions of the assigned new products and do post evaluations to assess performance vs targets and identify key learnings, corrective actions.
  • Has the ability to integrate marketing plans with budgets to establish sales, market shares and profitability targets for launch implementations.

Requisito

  • At least 3 years solid experience in end-to-end product development and brand management, ideally with background in Beauty, Personal Care, Health categories from FMCG industry.
  • Able to develop and operationalize go-to-market strategies and plans. Experience in spearheading a new product launch (from insight to idea to commercialization).
  • Good comm. skills and confident in brand presentation and coordination both with purchasing and suppliers.
  • Flexible to report onsite from Mondays – Fridays in Ortigas Center, Pasig (Office-based) and as needed in Sumulong Highway, Antipolo (Warehouse).
