- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of buildings.

- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.

- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct routine inspections, perform repairs, and ensure facility safety.
- Working Conditions: Requires physical stamina and ability to work in various environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
