Job Summary:

• Responsible for performing plumbing works, general maintenance, and repair tasks in a commercial building to ensure all systems and facilities are in proper working condition.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage, and sanitary systems.
• Conduct routine inspection of plumbing fixtures, pipes, and valves.
• Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing and other building facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues.
• Support general maintenance tasks such as minor carpentry, painting, or electrical works when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
