QUALIFICATIONS:

1. At least High School Graduate
2. With experience in welding is a plus
3. Preferably with experience in building maintenance, repair and basic troubleshooting
4. Willing to be assigned in Rosario Pasig, Head Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct routine inspections of the building’s electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
2. Perform basic repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing bulbs, repairing door locks, or patching walls.
3. Monitor and maintain facility equipment, including HVAC units, water systems, and generators.
4. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues.
5. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of common areas, exterior surroundings, and facilities.
6. Assist in installation of fixtures, furniture, and equipment as needed.
7. Maintain records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and preventive maintenance schedules.
8. Monitor building safety systems (CCTV, fire alarm, sprinklers) and report any issues.
9. Ensure compliance with building safety regulations and company policies.
