- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
- Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Respond to work orders and emergencies promptly.
- Maintain clean and safe work environments.
- Assist with preventative maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC or electrical certification preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in welding, air conditioning repair, installation, and commercial electrical systems.
- Working Conditions: May involve physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
