What You'll Do

As a Business Analyst for Statutory and Regulatory Reporting, your role will involve working within a squad of around 8 colleagues from different areas of expertise. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include implementing reporting solutions for ESG reporting, building bridges between different stakeholders, and delivering standardised solutions for complex Finance issues. You will also be responsible for analysing complex Finance business issues, coordinating content between specialists from different domains, supporting Tribes and squads in decision-making, translating business requirements into IT Solution requirements, and cooperating with IT architects to arrive at suitable IT solutions.

• Analyse complex Finance business issues which exceed Squads and/or Tribe, bringing complete solutions for the requested change.
• Deliver excellent substantiated analysis using state-of-the-art techniques and tools leading to functional designs.
• Coordinate content between specialists from different domains ensuring all stakeholder requirements are acknowledged.
• Support Tribes and squads in decision-making by presenting clear design alternatives and their impact.
• Translate business requirements and non-functional requirements into IT Solution requirements.
• Cooperate with IT architects and specialists to arrive at suitable IT solutions.
