- Gather and analyze business requirements, recommend solutions
- Coordinate with vendors and business teams for queries and clarifications
- Prepare project documentation, SIT/DAT test plans, scripts, results, and reports
- Perform SIT, monitor DAT, and secure sign-offs
- Support software enhancement implementation and post-implementation testing
- Provide progress updates to Technical PM and facilitate issue escalations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, BS Math, or IT-related course
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
