Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Business Development & B2B Manager to work as an Independent Consultant. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong expertise in lead generation, B2B sales, and client relationship management. You will play a key role in expanding our business pipeline, identifying strategic opportunities, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through market research, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2B prospects across relevant industries.
  • Utilize digital tools, referrals, and industry events to generate high-quality leads.
  • Client Engagement & B2B Sales
  • Conduct discovery calls, meetings, and presentations to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Close new business deals and ensure a smooth handover to operations or delivery teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
  • Explore new markets and verticals for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide feedback and insights on market trends, pricing strategies, and client expectations.
  • Reporting & CRM Management
  • Track all leads, sales activities, and conversion metrics using CRM or project tracking tools.
  • Provide regular progress updates and performance reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales (3+ years)
  • Background in high-end construction, luxury furniture, consulting, or related industries is preferred
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, digital prospecting tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
