Regulatory Compliance & Setup

• Advise on business structure, capitalization, and requirements for DMW (formerly POEA) licensing.

• Oversee registration and accreditation with SEC, DMW, DOLE, BIR, LGU, and other relevant agencies.

• Assist in preparing manuals, compliance documents, and office inspections for DMW accreditation.

Business Development

• Identify, engage, and establish relationships with foreign principals, employers, or partner agencies.

• Guide in developing marketing strategies to attract overseas clients and qualified local recruits.

• Assist in the creation of partnership agreements, job orders, and client accreditation processes.

Operations Setup

• Advise on organizational structure, recruitment workflow, and internal controls.

• Assist in hiring and training key staff (recruitment officers, admin, compliance).

• Develop templates, forms, and operational procedures aligned with Philippine labor export regulations.

Strategic Advisory

• Provide insights on market trends, competitive analysis, and best practices in ethical recruitment.

• Recommend business models for sustainable growth, including compliance with government policies and protection of worker welfare.
