POSITION TITLE: Business Development Manager – Travel Insurance

WORK LOCATION: Alabang

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-time

SALARY RANGE: Php 75,000


JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and grow the travel insurance business in the Philippines. This role will focus on driving sales growth across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on strategic partnerships with e-wallets, banks, airlines, travel agencies, and OTAs.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in travel insurance or financial services, strong industry networks, and the ability to design and execute high-impact growth strategies.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand travel insurance sales across B2B, B2B2C, and direct channels.
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard key partnerships with e-wallets, banks, airlines, and other distribution partners.
  • Drive revenue growth by optimizing existing partnerships and exploring new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to design high-converting campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the travel and insurance sectors.
  • Monitor KPIs such as sales performance, conversion rates, and partner ROI to ensure optimal results.
  • Ensure compliance with local insurance regulations and partner requirements.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in insurance sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in travel insurance.
  • Strong network within the Philippine insurance, financial services, or travel industries (banks, e-wallets, airlines, OTAs).
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and multi-channel distribution.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and sales analytics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with digital insurance platforms and embedded insurance models is a plus.

WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (subject to extensions based on business needs).
