- Lead and manage the sales team
- Handle major accounts and negotiate deals
- Develop strategies to increase sales and market share
- Monitor performance and ensure revenue growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years Sales Management experience (preferably office furniture or corporate sales)
- Strong leadership & consultative selling skills
- Excellent communication and ability to multitask
