Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying potential business opportunities by researching market trends, competitor activities, and client needs
• Support the senior business development team in client outreach, including scheduling meetings, drafting proposals, and following up on communications
• Help build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and excellent customer service
• Contribute to the development of sales presentations, pitches, and marketing materials
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and recruitment, to align business development efforts with overall company strategies
• Track and report on business development activities, ensuring accurate documentation and analysis of performance metrics
• Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and documentation as required
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news to proactively identify opportunities for growth
• Represent the organization at industry events, networking opportunities, and forums to enhance visibility and brand recognition.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the business development field
• Amenable to travel to attend events local or in abroad
