Build and grow a nationwide dealer and distribution network.
Explore new sales channels, including strategic partnerships, digital platforms, and innovative go-to-market approaches.
Work with management to shape and execute market entry strategies for fiber optic cable products.
Track and analyze infrastructure and construction project pipelines for potential leads.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to tailor proposals and close deals.
Represent the company at industry events, site visits, and business meetings.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within construction, electrical supply, or telecom industries.
Self-starter with the ability to create opportunities proactively.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach in business development.
Knowledge of the Philippine construction market and key industry decision-makers.
