We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue targets, build strong client relationships, and enhance the company's brand reputation.


• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and targeted marketing initiatives.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

• Reporting: Track and analyze business development activities, providing regular reports on progress, opportunities, and challenges.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in Wholesale & Trading / Constructions.

• Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.

• Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Highly motivated and results-oriented.

• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
