Descrição:
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing clients
- Manages accounts by providing support after the sale
- Collects client feedback to check satisfaction and suggest improvements
- Finds new leads, prepares proposals, and meets with potential clients to present products and close deals
- Works with company leaders to find the best and most cost-effective way to grow the business
- Guides and mentors team members
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities, with a deep understanding of the finance industry.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, results-oriented, adaptable, and possess strong problem-solving capabilities.
