The Business Development Officer will be responsible for establishing strategic partnerships, driving sales growth, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual who can identify new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and manage accounts from lead generation to closing.

• Sales & Client Acquisition
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within target markets (water utilities, EPC firms, subcontractors, developers).
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, projects, and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

• Strategic Partnerships
• Build and maintain partnerships with industry associations, trade groups, and other relevant organizations to expand market reach and strengthen the brand’s presence.
• Represent the company at networking events, trade fairs, and conferences to generate leads and explore collaborations.

• Account Management
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Provide after-sales support, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Address client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.

• Coordination & Reporting
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and logistics teams for seamless order fulfillment.
• Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market developments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales or business development experience (construction materials, industrial products, or related industries preferred).
• Strong network within the construction and infrastructure sectors is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
