•    Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the health and beauty industry

•    Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers

•    Negotiating and closing sales contracts to meet or exceed revenue targets

•    Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions

•    Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities

•    Providing regular reports and updates on sales activities and pipeline progress.

Qualifications:

•    With at least 1-2 years experience in business development or account management role

•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate.

•    Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

•    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

•    Previous experience in the cosmetics, beauty industry is an advantage but not required

•    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goal
