Descrição:

  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for EPC and O&M services.
  • Manage and track client inquiries, ensuring timely responses and proper escalation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, operations) to gather data needed for proposals.
  • Maintain and update the client/project database (CRM or tracker).
  • Support in developing marketing materials and service clarifications for client presentations.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify upcoming opportunities and trends.
  • Help monitor ongoing contracts and provide updates to clients as needed.
  • Assist in internal process improvements, documentation, and reporting.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Prior experience in sales support, business development, or renewable energy is a plus.
