  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching industry trends, potential partnerships, and market dynamics.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, industry influencers, and stakeholders, positioning the company as a trusted partner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company offerings and market needs.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Analyze sales metrics and market data to refine strategies and ensure continuous growth and profitability.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand presence and expand the professional network.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a strong record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, including key players, market trends, and challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively present complex ideas.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and drive initiatives aligned with company goals.
  • Recruitment experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong.
  • Preferably available to start immediately.
