Artillery Philippines is a fast-growing startup art brand looking for FULL-TIME WFH Appointment Setter under the Sales Department for its Learn to Draw Manga brand. 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to connect aspiring artists with our Online Oneshot Manga Drawing Program by scheduling calls and ensuring smooth communication with potential students.

You will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads for our manga art program, ensuring follow-up, clear communication, and coordination with marketing, sales and other departments so every prospect receives accurate information and support to begin.

Work Hours:

• Flex schedule optimizing for US time
• You can choose your work schedule but make sure you come in consistently at the same time daily and make sure you can be present for meetings

Tasks and Responsibilities: 

• Generate leads by searching for potential clients through various sources, including online and social media platforms who are interested in our program.
• 10+ new daily qualified leads from marketing
• Do daily outbound phone calls from leads who opt-in to our free online webinar, qualify them and schedule a call with closer.
• Text and/or email leads to booking a call with our closer.
• Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with leads, addressing their queries and concerns professionally.
• Qualify leads by assessing their interest, availability, and suitability for our art course via chat
• Schedule appointments for course consultations.
• Assist in managing the sales tracker and reports
• Manage leads on our CRM (GHL)
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Assist in managing junior appointment setter and their numbers

Requirements:

• 2-4 years experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, sales, or a similar role
• Self-motivated, results-driven mindset and can handle pressure
• Stable internet connection
• Own desktop/laptop.
• Ability to work remotely and maintain a disciplined work schedule
• Organized and able to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Sincere passion for Anime/Manga
• Can think on their feet and can work independently
• Sincerely wants to help people reach their manga goals

Nice to have:

• At least 1–2 years of experience with GHL
• You have a sincere passion for drawing, anime and manga
• You enjoy chatting with fellow artists and getting to know them
• You sincerely want to help and influence fellow creatives to reach their artistic potential
• Experience using GHL and/or a dialer

You will have a 3 - 5 month paid training/trial period.

Compensation:

• On-Target-Earnings (OTE) Annual Salary: ₱800,000 – ₱1,000,000
• ₱30,000 - ₱40,000 base salary
• ₱250 for every successful qualified lead booked call show up
• ₱6,000 bonus target for every 40 qualified lead booked call show up
• ₱1,000 for every successful closed call
• Bonus for target hits
• Mid-Year Bonus and End-of-Year Bonus
• 13th Month Pay
• Basic Benefits such as SSS, PAG-IBIG and Philhealth Allowance
• HMO
