Descrição:

Assist in the development and execution of business strategies and initiatives.
Conduct research and analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
Prepare business reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and client use.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely implementation of plans.
Support the identification and engagement of new clients and partners.
Monitor business performance indicators and recommend process enhancements.
Maintain accurate documentation of business development efforts and client interactions.
Contribute to special projects, audits, and organizational planning activities.

Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in business management or a related role.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CRM, exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and excellent organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
