Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in meat processing preferred.
- Experience Level: Minimum 2 years of experience in a butcher shop or meat department.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cutting, trimming, and preparing various meats; strong knife skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, potentially cold temperatures and extended standing.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, physical stamina, good communication skills, and a passion for quality meat.
