4、保持工作區域的清潔和衛生。
5、定期檢查肉類品質，確保新鮮度與可追溯性。
具有相關肉類加工或食品安全知識者優先。
1、經驗水平：熟悉肉類分割技術和設備。
2、技能與能力：優秀的手工能力，精確的刀具使用技巧，具備團隊合作精神。
3、職責與義務：負責肉類分割、處理及包裝，確保食品安全與衛生標準。
4、工作條件：需在冷凍環境中工作，需要輪班。
5、品質與特徵：注重細節，耐心，具備良好的溝通能力與服務意識。
