Descrição:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve targets.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Continuously improve service quality through feedback.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, provide solutions, and manage accounts effectively.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications or related field is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-2 years in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service, problem-solving, and account management skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, potential for shift work, and occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and ability to work under pressure.
