Good communication skills

Voice – Onsite (Molino)


With or without BPO experience

Accepts SHS Grads and HS Grads (Old Curriculum)

Strong communication skills

Willing to work onsite in Molino, Cavite

Blended – Work From Home (WFH)

Special Qualifications:

At least 1 year customer-facing experience (any industry)

At least High School Graduate, preferably with 2 years completed in college

Acceptable Locations:

Aurora

Batangas

Cavite

Laguna

Occidental Mindoro

Quezon

Rizal

Must have stable internet & suitable WFH workspace
May require onsite reporting depending on business needs

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, email, or blended platforms depending on account assignment
  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot basic concerns, and resolve customer issues within the agreed service levels
  • Maintain professional, friendly, and empathetic communication at all times
  • Process requests such as account updates, escalations, refunds, documentation, billing inquiries, or technical troubleshooting (depending on campaign)
  • Follow standard operating procedures, scripts, and call flow guidelines
  • Meet daily and weekly performance metrics including AHT (Average Handling Time), QA (Quality Assurance) score, attendance, adherence, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Document all interactions in the system with complete and correct details
  • Coordinate with supervisors or support teams for escalated cases
  • Navigate multiple systems, CRM tools, and internal knowledge bases while interacting with customers
  • Adapt to account-specific guidelines, product updates, and service changes
  • Participate in training sessions, coaching, calibration, upskilling, and performance reviews
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow data privacy guidelines
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform other account-related tasks that may be assigned by supervisors or operations
