Descrição:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer support by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and delivering information about products and services. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls, chats, or emails in a professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately, escalating when necessary
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies
  • Document customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and quality

Requisito

1. Educational Requirements

  • High school diploma (required)
  • College degree


. Technical Requirements (for remote roles)

  • Stable internet connection
  • Headset with microphone
  • Quiet workspace
  • Familiarity with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk)


Entry-level roles: No prior experience needed; training is provided

  • Basic computer proficiency (typing, CRM tools, email, chat systems)
