  • Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Provide information about products, services, policies, and promotions.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, applications, billing, and service requests.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Meet performance targets such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional under pressure.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer and typing skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Team-oriented with a positive, customer-first mindset.
