  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates or Students seeking entry-level positions.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, excellent customer service, strong interpersonal and people skills, ability to work in a call center environment.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, may require shifts, comfortable working at a desk.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
