- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to accurately guide customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the call center system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service skills, and technical proficiency
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent people skills and a positive attitude
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage high call volumes and effectively prioritize tasks
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment
