Provide frontline technical assistance to customers by troubleshooting hardware, software, and account-related issues. Ensure fast, accurate, and customer-friendly support across phone, chat, or email.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical problems.
- Guide customers through solutions clearly and professionally.
- Escalate advanced issues as needed.
- Document all interactions accurately.
- Meet performance metrics (QA, CSAT, AHT, FCR).

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic tech knowledge; experience in BPO/tech support is a plus.
