Descrição:

  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide prompt, accurate, and helpful assistance.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database.
  • Provide information about products, services, policies, and others.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues, escalate when necessary, and ensure follow-up actions are taken.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Document and log customer interactions, transactions, and details of complaints or concerns.
  • Adhere to company guidelines, procedures, and scripts during customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and performance.

Requisito

  • Preferably a College Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree)
  • With at least 1 year Customer Service Experience. 
  • Good English communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Must be trainable on Medical terms
  • Good comprehension skills
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays
  • 100% Work Onsite (ILO)
