Position: Call Center Agent/CSR

Job Type: Full-Time | Shifting Schedule

Location: Within Metro Manila


Job Overview:

  • We’re looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Banking CSRs. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our customers—handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering top-tier service with every interaction.


Qualifications:

  • High School graduate (college level or degree is an advantage)
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
  • Customer service experience is a plus (training provided)
  • Amenable to work shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
