- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Provide correct information and basic troubleshooting

Qualifications
- At least HS graduate (old/new curriculum)
- With or without experience
- Willing to work on-site and attend on-site interview

- Full-time (fresh graduates welcome)
- 8-hour shifts (day or night)
