Position: Call Center Agent

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- Open for fresh graduates and Undergraduates
- At least 1 year of work experience as Customer Service Representative in BPO industry
- Willing to work on site
- Amenable to work at shifting schedule
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and emails, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Assist customers with product and service inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to support long-term loyalty.
- Manage and resolve escalated issues by coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional support and service at all times.
