Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality.
- Assist in training new team members as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in the English Language
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills
- Qualities and Traits: Proven team player with a positive attitude
