Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong customer service abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, may involve extended periods on the phone.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
