- Communicate with customers exceptionally through chat and email
- Respond to Queries truthfully
- Convert chat interactions into successful sales by identifying customer needs
- Provide and offer products and services to customers
- Assist and Inform customers for a smooth transaction

- Resolves Issues and troubleshoot problems
Requirements
- JOB TITLE: Non Voice Customer Service Representatives
- EDUCATION: At least Senior High/High School Graduate
- EXPERIENCE: With 6 months BPO
- SKILLS: Proficient English communication skills, Computer Skills (MS Office), Technical skills, and excellent organizational and people Skills.
