Join our fast-growing team and be part of one of the leading telecommunications accounts in the industry! We are looking for detail-oriented and tech-savvy Customer Service Representatives who can deliver excellent customer support through chat and email.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and/or email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with billing concerns, service inquiries, plan upgrades, outages, troubleshooting steps, and general telco-related issues.
  • Ensure all responses are clear, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Document customer interactions and update account information in the system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Meet performance KPIs such as response time, accuracy, productivity, and CSAT.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.


Qualifications:


  • High School Graduate / Senior High / College Undergrad / College Graduate.
  • Preferably with at least 3–6 months BPO experience, but open for newbies with strong communication skills.
  • Strong written English communication skills (grammar, spelling, and clarity).
  • Good typing speed and accuracy (at least 35–40 WPM).
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with telco services (mobile, internet, plans, troubleshooting).
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
