Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document call details and follow up on customer issues as needed.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and resolving customer complaints.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level:Entry-level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies:Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
