Position Overview:

We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.

The role involves assisting customers through inbound and/or outbound calls, chat, or email to resolve inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, chat, or email.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues with efficiency and empathy.
  • Document customer interactions and update account information in the system.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines while adapting to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex cases.
  • Meet performance targets such as call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Must be college graduate
  • With or without BPO/call center experience (training will be provided).
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common applications.
  • Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules (including weekends and holidays).
