• Respond to customer inquiries promptly through phone, email, live chat, or social media.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
• Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures as required.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, response rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Technical Support, Billing, etc.) to ensure seamless customer service.

Requirements

• HS Graduate or College Graduate
• with or without experience
• Preferably with 1 year of experience
