Descrição:

Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, make sales pitches, support the sales pipeline, document interactions, and assist with back office tasks.
Handle a high volume of calls in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow company scripts to ensure consistent service.
Collaborate with team members to improve overall performance.
Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and call quality metrics.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, proficiency in English, sales pitching and closure, effective people skills, knowledge of sales pipeline management, back office support, call center operations, and technical skills.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, possible evening and weekend shifts.
Qualities and Traits: Excellent communicator, empathetic, resilient, detail-oriented, and a team player.
