Descrição:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and address inquiries.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints with professionalism.
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet targets.
  • Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in training new team members as needed.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in managing a sales pipeline and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
