We are seeking dedicated Call Center Agents / Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Mabolo, Cebu. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, requests, or concerns.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently, following company protocols.
• Document all interactions in the system with complete and accurate details.
• Follow call scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
• Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and attendance.
• Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude during all interactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve account goals.

Qualifications

• Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
• Must have work experience in any industry
• High School Graduate (old curriculum) or higher
• Good to excellent English communication skills
• Must be willing to work onsite and start immediately

Compensation Package

₱17,000 – ₱21,000/month for applicants with no BPO experience

₱18,000 – ₱30,000/month for tenured agents, depending on account and experience
