Description
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries and issues.
- Provide accurate information about products and services offered.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the system.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language and customer service skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a strong work ethic.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent people skills and ability to work in a team environment.
