Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through calls, chat, and email (blended)
- Provide accurate information and efficient solutions
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in every transaction
- Follow company procedures and meet performance goals
- Contribute to a positive customer experience
Job Requirements
- High School Graduate or higher
- With or without BPO experience – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Strong communication and comprehension skills
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
