Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed procedures
  • Listen attentively to customer needs; demonstrate empathy while building rapport
  • Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding and use decision-support tools to provide appropriate resolutions
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services

Candidate Profile:

  • 18 years old or above
  • Computer literate
  • Fluent in English (for communication with foreign customers)
  • Committed to full-time, long-term employment
  • All successful applicants undergo a month-long training on communications, culture, and product-specific courses before actual work begins

Educational & Professional Attainment:

  • At least HS graduate (prior to K-12 curriculum) / ALS / SHS (K-12)
  • Not currently studying or enrolling in school
  • Fresh college graduates are encouraged to apply
  • BPO experience handling international voice accounts is a definite plus but not required

Note:

  • Applicants under the K-12 curriculum must be Senior High School graduates; Junior HS graduates will not be accepted
  • Applicants under the old curriculum (before K-12) – HS graduates are welcome to apply
