- Handle incoming customer calls and provide support.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Document customer interactions in the system accurately.
- Assist in meeting departmental performance targets.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:0–2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Skills and Competencies:Excellent English language skills

- Skills and Competencies:Effective problem-solving abilities
- Qualities and Traits:Strong interpersonal and people skills
