Job Overview

We are pooling candidates for the Customer Service Representative (CSR) position in Iloilo City. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and resolve concerns using proactive customer service and call control techniques.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by personalizing interactions and adding value to each call.
  • Retain customers by highlighting service value and offering effective solutions.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and participate in ongoing training.
  • Utilize internal systems effectively and escalate issues to appropriate departments when needed.
  • Follow company policies and uphold HGS’ Commitment to Excellence.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills; positive, pleasant, and customer-focused.
  • Excellent English communication skills with clear enunciation and proper grammar.
  • Ability to retain detailed information and follow instructions accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities in a customer service environment.
  • Ability to understand, capture, and interpret customer information.
  • Emotional sensitivity and professionalism when handling customer needs.
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and maintains a professional attitude.
  • Knowledge of proper telephone etiquette.


Working Conditions

  • Must be willing to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Open to shifting schedules to meet client and customer demands in a 24/7 environment.
