Descrição:

  • Listen to customer's concerns and provide answers or responses.
  • Provide information that is needed.
  • Process the solution for every customer's needs.
  • View and analyze customer accounts and make changes, if necessary.
  • Handle returns or complaints(if necessary).
  • Record every details of customer contacts and actions taken.

Requisito

  • HS/SHS/College Level/ Associate Grad/ Vocational Grad/ Bachelor's degree
  • With or without experience in call center
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati or Pasig site
  • Fine with salary range to 17K-20K (without night differential yet)
